Another Norwich Loanee?

Another Norwich Loanee?

Not only is Phil Brown hoping to extend Jamar Loza's loan from Norwich he's looking to bring in another attacking player from the Premier League side too.

Winger Jacob Murphy could well become a Southend player by 5pm today.

Brown has confirmed an interest in the 19 year old to the Echo having watched him, and his brother Josh, but with Jacob Murphy in need of another loan spell he could get this at Roots Hall.

'Jacob could well be an option for us if Chris (Hughton) sees that another loan spell will do him good.

'We have been to watch a few of the Norwich games this season and were very impressed by both of the Murphy brothers, as well as Jamar.

'Josh has since gone on to be in and around the first team at Norwich but Jacob could well be someone we look to bring in.'

We'll have to watch this space to see what happens before the transfer deadline.
