Fleetwood Sent Packing Again!

Southend are determined to try and keep hold of Ryan Cresswell, even if he's decided he would rather return north.

An option for this could be a move to Fleetwood, who had already put in an offer that was way below The Shrimpers' asking price.

Unperturbed by that rejection The Echo reports that Fleetwood have lodged another offer, which although improved is still below the 100,000 asking price and even 50,000 isn't being offered up front with an improved amount made up of "various add-ons".

That now famous "source close to the club" has spelt out that Southend aren't going to sell Creswell to a potential promotion rival, well at least not on the cheap anyway!
